Choose the district to suit the evening
Simpson Bay has the broadest combination of restaurants, bars and live entertainment, which works when guests may decide what comes after dinner. Maho is more compact for dinner, lounges and casino entertainment, with a livelier atmosphere that will not suit every party.
Grand Case is better treated as a destination dinner than the first stop in a bar route. Philipsburg can support an earlier waterfront evening, but restaurant and entertainment hours need checking outside busy periods.
Build one clear progression
A quiet evening might be dinner, one drink and the yacht. A music-led evening needs dinner near the selected performance with room for the advertised start time to move. A late night works better with an earlier table, settled venue terms and a driver briefed for changes.
Crossing the island for a second or third fashionable stop rarely improves the night. Traffic, crowds and waiting begin to matter more than the extra venue.

Give the restaurant and driver a usable brief
The restaurant needs the party size, guest names, dietary requirements, occasion, preferred seating, expected duration and billing plan. Cake, flowers, photography or a surprise guest should be settled before service.
The driver needs the lead guest’s name, onboard contact, pickup point, destination sequence and final return. The yacht should have the same plan plus the driver and Sea Grapes contact.
Protect the return
Set one primary pickup and a nearby alternative in case the frontage is congested. For a marina berth, check gate access and the final walk. For a tender return, the captain’s instructions and operating limits take priority over the shore plan.
If guests change venue, route the update through one person who can notify the driver and yacht. A collection time sitting in three chats is not a return plan.
Late-night demand, an event or a road closure can make an otherwise simple pickup unreliable. Reconfirm the vehicle before the bill arrives, not after the party is already outside.
