What can Sea Grapes arrange?

Can I request several services together?
Yes. Select every service you need in the detailed request form, add the arrangements for each, then provide the yacht, visit and contact details.
What information should I have ready?
Your yacht name, arrival and departure plans, the services you need and a contact email. Add any known timing or location requirements. Each selected service has a space to describe what needs arranging.
Does submitting the form confirm a booking?
No. The request is sent for agency review. Arrangements, availability, timing and price are confirmed separately with Sea Grapes.
How should I share passports or sensitive documents?
Keep identity documents, payment information and medical details out of the request form. Ask the agency to confirm the appropriate channel for sharing them.
