What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website can store in your browser. Some are essential for security or a feature you request. Others can be used for analytics, personalisation or advertising.
What this website uses
The Sea Grapes application does not currently set cookies or use local browser storage for analytics, advertising or visitor profiling. It does not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar or comparable tracking services.
Vercel hosts the website. A Vercel-protected preview may set a strictly necessary cookie called _vercel_sso_nonce for up to one hour so that the preview can be accessed securely. This cookie is not used by Sea Grapes for advertising or analytics and is not expected on the ordinary public site unless deployment protection is enabled.
Why there is no consent banner
Because the public website does not currently use non-essential cookies, there is nothing for a visitor to accept or reject. Adding a consent banner in that situation would create unnecessary friction and could give a misleading impression that tracking is taking place.
External websites
This website links to external sources, maps and authority websites. Those services may apply their own cookies or privacy practices after you choose to follow a link. Their policies govern that activity.
If our use of cookies changes
Before adding analytics, advertising technology or another non-essential browser technology, we will update this policy and add a consent control where required. Any future control will provide clear accept, reject and preference options before non-essential technology loads.
